This policy explains how Itinvela (“the studio”) and this website (itinvela.duostudio.app) collect, use and protect your personal data. This is a static portfolio site — it has no user accounts and processes no payments on-site.
What we collect
Only what you provide when you get in touch or commission a map: your name, email, company or brand name, itinerary details, and any brand assets you share (such as a logo or palette). Simply browsing the site requires no personal data.
How it is used
Your data is used solely to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your commission, and communicate during the project. It is never used for unsolicited marketing, and never sold, rented or shared with third parties.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and embeds no third-party advertising or behavioural analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process connection records (such as IP addresses) for security and performance under its own privacy policy. If anonymous traffic statistics are added later, this page will be updated.
Retention & deletion
Project correspondence, itinerary data and style profiles are retained so future revisions and re-exports stay quick. You may request deletion at any time; we will complete it within a reasonable period and confirm with you.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop using it. Email [email protected] — no reason required.
Your itinerary & work
Your private itinerary, brand palette and finished maps are never shown in the portfolio or any marketing material without your consent.
Changes to this policy
Any revision will be posted on this page with an updated date; significant changes will be flagged clearly.
