Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning a custom itinerary map from Itinvela (“the studio”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.
The service
The studio produces custom itinerary maps from the trip details you provide (countries, cities, nights, transport), delivered as social-media and print-ready files. Scope, difficulty tiers, revision limits and prices are as set out on the pricing page and in your individual quote.
Quotes & payment
Difficulty and price are confirmed before work begins. On completion you receive a proof; you pay once you are happy, and the final files are released upon payment. You may cancel at any time before payment at no charge.
Proofs
Proofs are provided solely to confirm composition and content. Until payment is completed they may not be used as final artwork or published.
Revisions
Each map includes the revision allowance defined on the pricing page (minor edits, major edits and restyles as defined there); further changes are charged per the pricing page.
Your licence to the work
Upon payment you receive the right to use the delivered files for social media, print, advertising and other commercial purposes. The small data-source credit on the map (city coordinates © GeoNames, CC BY 4.0) must be retained as required by its licence.
What the studio retains
The rendering engine, layout templates, style system and production process remain the studio's intellectual property; a commission does not transfer them. Finished work is only shown in the portfolio with your consent (see the privacy policy).
Materials you provide
You warrant that you hold the rights to any logo, palette or reference material you supply; you are responsible for any third-party claims arising from those materials.
Delivery
Typical itineraries are delivered within a few business days; more complex trips come with a time estimate in the quote. Delays caused by force majeure or missing information from your side do not constitute default.
Disclaimer
The maps are stylised, illustrative artwork: outlines, routes and proportions are artistically simplified and must not be used for navigation, measurement or any purpose requiring precise geography. Geographic data comes from public datasets (Natural Earth, GeoNames) and may contain generalisations or inaccuracies.
Changes to these terms
Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use of the site or service after a revision constitutes acceptance.
